This recipe is a great nutrient dense snack that is perfect to eat on the go! They are vegan, gluten free, and best of all require no baking!
For instructions on how to make the no bake Hemp Seed Bites check out the video demo below. This was the first time Desire Fitness has made a cooking video and it turned out better than expected. It took hours to shoot and then even longer to learn how to use the editing software but it was totally worth it to see it all came together!
I chose to make this recipe because hemp seed hearts are little nutrient powerhouses. They are high in protein, include all the essential amino acids, and are a good source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
These no bake Hemp Bites contain 6g of protein per bite, are easy to digest, reduce inflammation, and can aid in muscle recovery.
